Bouqueted Houston is Black female owned Flower Bouquet Business. The owner of 'Bouqueted Houston' is 21 year old Shelby Jenkins, a Long term Resident of Houston, Texas. Shelby Came up with the idea of 'Bouqueted Houston' as her love for flowers blossomed. The owner of of Bouqueted Houston made it a tradition of hers to give the people she loves their flowers figuratively and physically during monumental times in their life.
