For any customized bouquets please fill out this order request. All customized bouquet orders will be sent a confirmation email from bouqueted.houston@gmail.com, attached will be payment details. please allow a 24-48 hour response. There will be no arrangements delivered/pickups on Sundays and unless discussed other wise.

All custom bouquet details must be submitted 5 days in advance. Any expedited bouquets will have an expedited fee of 15 dollars.

how to submit inquiry?

 first you must leave your first and last name + email.

in message you must leave....

1. number count of flowers 

2. color of roses

3. wrapping paper color 

4. DATE NEEDED + TIME

delivery:

​

All custom Bouquets receive complimentary delivery.

Delivery will be on a first come first serve bases.

In your inquiry please leave details on delivery (preferred time + address)

Bouqueted recipient must be present and available at agreed time of delivery. There is a 15 minuet grace period before a new delivery time will have to be scheduled. fees may apply.

pick up:

Pick up location for all orders will be near Downtown Houston.

Details on pick location + time will be sent to you directly via email 1day prior of pickup. please plan accordingly!

All order will be available for pick up after 3:30 pm.

REFUND POLICY

​

Bouqueted Houston takes pride in providing quality Flower arrangements. Any refund request must be submitted via email (bouqueted.houston@gmail.com) with details of reasoning and pictures 24 Hour after receiving arrangement. All refund request will be approved at our desecration.

expedited arrangements:

All squeeze in/ same day arrangements will come with a 15 dollar expedited fee. Please Dm via instagram  for all expedited arrangements.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

Payment has to be confirmed and in FULL with in 24 hours of receiving email confirming your inquiry. failure to do so will result in inquiry deleted and another needed to be sent.

​

NO ORDER IS CONFIRMED until payment is made in full. there are 0 exceptions or deposits unless arrangements have been made/ discussed via email.

Any delivery privately scheduled for Sundays will come with a 30dollar Sunday fee.
